This Privacy Policy explains how ScalePath Agency ("ScalePath", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit scalepath.agency, contact us or book a call. 2. Data we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact form: name, email address, company, website, service of interest, budget range and your message.
- Call bookings through Calendly: name, email address, chosen time and any notes you add.
- Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Information collected automatically: when you browse the website, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics collect usage data such as pages visited, time on page, referring website, device and browser type, and approximate location (city or country). This is done using cookies and similar technologies.
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive data such as health, financial account or government ID details through this website.
3. How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and send proposals or audit findings you asked for.
- To schedule and hold calls you book with us.
- To provide services if you become a client.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Some of these providers store data outside India. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and security measures.
6. Cookies

The website uses HTTPS, and we limit access to personal data to people who need it to do their work. No online system is fully secure, so please do not send passwords or payment details through the contact form.
10. Children
This website and our services are meant for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
